From September 8-11^th, all students participated in online learning. Using their school iPad to connect via Google Meet, each class had their normal morning meeting, 3 class periods and a final closing session. While the first day provided some challenges for some teachers as students alike, overall, it was a successful day of learning. The second and third day were equally successful.

In first grade, the morning meeting time was used to practice their dance for sports day. It was fun for the teachers to see the students dancing at home. In English, the students practiced writing as well as saying the names of food items.

It was a good chance for students to improve their iPad skills as well as increase their independent learning opportunities. We hope each student can ha ve time to reflect on the online learning experience. Everyone can think about what worked well and what they could do next time to make it a better experience next time we have online classes.
