It was a long hot summer, but after only 2 days, the 2nd grade classes are settling back into school life nicely. The students come to school with happy faces and greet the teachers in Hibari fashion. 

During Hibari time today, the students eagerly raised their hands and wrote in their kanji workbooks in their best handwriting after a fun lunch recess. 

All the 2nd-grade teachers are very proud of how hard the students work each day. We have many fun events planned for the coming months!
