The year is coming to a close and it can be seen all around the school. In 4^th grade, the student’s lockers are starting to open up more day by day as students take home their belongings little by little, so they don’t have to take it home all at once on the last day. Students can be seen with large bags as they head home at the end of the day. Talk of next year can also be heard among the students and curiosity as to who will be the new homeroom teachers is also starting to show as well. Nevertheless, students are still taking their studies seriously as they head to the 4^th grade finish line. We all hope that they will take this resolve with them up to 5^th grade.

Along with this being the closing week for our students, it is also the beginning of something new and exciting for the next year. The school library is in the process of being moved to its new location. This week many of the teachers have been helping with its moving and organizing and it is starting to look like an area that will become very popular with the students with its bright and inviting atmosphere.
