October has been an exciting month in the second grade as they have started reading our first English book. We first learned about the books characters and practiced key words. Then we began reading.  We have read a new page every lesson for the past couple of weeks and are coming to the end of our book now. Students have enjoyed reading along with their classmates in pairs and groups showing off their new skills. We are looking forward to read our second book later this year!
