Yesterday was the opening ceremony for the new school year. Along with meeting the new incoming school teachers and transfer students, the students also learned who their new teachers for the year will be. First their second grade teachers let all of the students know which classes they would be in when they moved to third grade.

When the signal was given the students started to move to their new classrooms and met their new teachers for the first time. 

The students were timid at first when meeting their new teachers but as they started to put their belongings away, the nervousness faded little by little and more smiles could be seen. By the end of the day everyone seemed to be ready to their new third grade year.
